Job description for Content Creator (MinLand) at Landx
LandX is an Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platform licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), which is open to the public to participate in funding startup companies and MSMEs (UMKM) as an investor.
We're aiming to help grow the Indonesian economy as well as increase the financial literacy of Indonesian investors through safe and profitable investment.
Currently, we are looking for a talent to fill the following position
Content Creator (MinLand)
Job Description:
- Researching industry-related topics, Planning also Executing content videos on TikTok and able to respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments;
- Identify users' needs and keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, public figure, finance, etc;
- Work closely with Videographer-Editor to create video on Youtube & Podcast;
- Be one of the faces of LandX on TikTok and Instagram (do the IG Live) to promote our business listing (project) also highlight the unique selling points of our project & on-going campaign;
- Creating monthly report on TikTok Performance;
- Develop creative ways to improve the LandX TikTok account.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a Content Creator / Copywriter / Presenter;
- Familiar and Understand the algorithm TikTok Apps (Plus Point);
- Have a great public speaking skills & talkative;
- Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced & high demanding envorinment;
- Excellent writing and editing skills;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude in a professional team environment;
- Comfortable and Confiednece in front of a camera;
- Proactive go-getter and effective communicator.

Dalam rangka mendukung program pemerintah di bidang perumahan, kami mengembangkan bisnis model pendanaan bersama melalui platform LandX, yang mempertemukan pemilik dana dan pihak developer, sesuai dengan kesepakatan berdasarkan niat baik yang tunduk pada Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHP). Segala risiko ditanggung masing-masing pihak sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama. Platform LandX hanya mempertemukan para pihak yang akan membuat kesepakatan dan keputusan bersama. Oleh sebab itu, pihak lain selain daripada para pihak yang telah bersepakat termasuk LandX TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB terhadap risiko kerugian dan gugatan hukum serta segala bentuk risiko lain yang timbul, baik sekarang maupun dikemudian hari, atas segala kesepakatan dan keputusan pendanaan yang telah disepakati oleh para pihak pemilik dana dan developer. Sebagai Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik, penyelenggara LandX tunduk mematuhi Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU-ITE) beserta segala peraturan turunannya.
Sebelum membuat keputusan, Pemilik Dana wajib mempelajari bisnis model dan seluruh potensi risiko dalam rangka pendanaan langsung atas pembangunan properti oleh Developer. Oleh karena bisnis model berbasis digital ini tergolong baru, maka LandX telah mengajukan permohonan Pencatatan Regulatory SandBox ke OJK, sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Inovasi Keuangan Digital. LandX juga telah menyampaikan permohonan Pendaftaran sesuai dengan POJK Nomor 77 Tahun 2016 tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Kami terus berkonsultasi dengan OJK dan berkomitmen untuk memenuhi seluruh kewajiban dan kepatuhan pada peraturan perundang-undangan di Republik Indonesia.
