Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud (a sister brand company of Tiara Hana) is seeking a passionate and highly creative Content Creative Specialist to bring our luxury hospitality brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and engaging content.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across digital and offline platforms, including graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, copywriting, and content planning. The Creative Content Specialist will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team and cross-functional departments to showcase the resort's luxury villas, curated experiences, guest journeys, and co-ownership lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Produce high-quality visual and written content that reflects the luxury identity of Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, digital advertisements, and printed marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual standards.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing collaterals, including social media posts, Instagram stories and reels covers, digital advertisements, brochures, flyer, presentation decks, signage, event materials, sales and promotional assets.
- Maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photography and videography showcasing luxury villas, resort facilities, dining experiences, wellness experiences, cultural activities, events, team culture and guest experiences.
- Edit and retouch photos to premium hospitality standards.
- Produce cinematic promotional videos, short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign videos.
Copywriting & Storytelling
- Write compelling copy for social media captions, marketing campaigns, website content, promotional materials, guest stories, villa owner testimonials and press materials.
- Develop storytelling content that communicates the Khastana lifestyle and guest experience.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
Content Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with the Brand Communication team.
- Generate creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Stay informed about trends in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and digital content.
- Recommend innovative content ideas to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
Influencer & Production Support
- Assist in planning and executing content production involving influencers, content creators, models, brand ambassadors and media partners.
- Coordinate shooting schedules, shot lists, locations, and production logistics.
- Prepare equipment, props, and styling requirements for photo and video shoots.
- Ensure productions are executed professionally while maintaining a seamless guest experience.
Guest & Owner Storytelling
- Capture authentic guest experiences through photography and videography.
- Conduct and produce guest and villa owner testimonial content.
- Collaborate with Concierge, Guest Relations, and Villa Operations to arrange content opportunities with minimal disruption to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of privacy, professionalism, and hospitality during all content production activities.
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library.
- Archive photography, videos, design files, and marketing materials for future use.
- Ensure all creative files are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film, Marketing Communication, Photography, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, creative production, digital marketing, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Experience working with hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands is an advantage.
