Job Description
- Handling customer's complain and give information via Call
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Requirement
- Education min. S1 with min. GPA 3.00.
- Male/Female
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have a strong service mindset, multitasking, and are able to understand customer problems well
- Willing to work 24-hour shifts
