Job description for Community Manager at Rey.id
- Manage lifecycle and activation of Rey’s communities.
- Study and analyze community behaviors and map out key milestones and inflection points.
- Design and implement activation, re-targeting tactics, and A/B tests to facilitate the growth of community engagement and outcomes through digital and offline programs.
- Plan and create content based on the lifecycle of community members.
- At least 5 years in lifecycle management and community management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to follow through on execution.
- Love to meet and talk with community members/leaders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
