Job description for Community Lead at Finantier
- Develop and proactively refine/refresh the strategy, content pillars, guidelines, templates that best support the brand positioning and priority business and marketing goals, metrics.
- An avid user of social media, familiar with trending and viral content: Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product-related landscape to identify content, channels, and engagement opportunities.
- Organize events to build community and boost brand awareness, monitor and report on feedback
- Manage and grow social media channels to deliver content, communications and activities that are on-brand, timely and impactful towards priority goals, metrics.
- Build and grow Finantier communities across relevant channels
- Capability to plan and manage online & offline campaign, complete related data analysis
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, also liaise with tech departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Organize, manage and oversee community meetups and any other events, which the company may decide to organize from time to time, ensuring proper community outreach and coverage;
- Ensure community acquisition and growth through reinforcing a positive image of the company;
- Stay on top of the local and international financial trends and news
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication, Public Relations or equivalent
- At least 3 years of of relevant working experience preferably from B2B business, fintech or other digital natives companies
- Strong conversational and rapport-building skills.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Multilingual ability with Native level proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia) and business level proficiency in English;
- Love engaging with people, always confident, and camera friendly.
- Strong project management and execution skill
- Creative thinker and have an outgoing personality
- Excellent visual communications skills, able to construct report & presentation for management team
- Positive and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
