Community / Social Media Executive/Manager
· Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
· Managing Editorial plan and post engaging text, image and video content for clients & internal social media accounts
· Set up and implement seasonal / tactical digital activation for clients social channel
· Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
· Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews / sentiment
· Attending clients offline activation or events to cover the story on digital channel and boost brand awareness
· Coordinate with integration, strategy and creative team to ensure brand consistency
· Build relationships with community, influencers, and online media
· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
· Work experience as a community manager or social media manager or similar role
· Experience in managing multiple digital credentials and channel, launching digital activation programs, and working with 3rd party on social channel
· Ability to identify ,track , and analyse relevant community and social metrics (engagement rate, reach, impression, uplift, etc)
· Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
· Hands on experience with social media management for brands
· Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
· Attention to detail and able to curate content
· Time management and multitasking skills
· Skills on office software like Excels, Word, and Powerpoint / Keynote
· Manage to build presentation slides to present plan, analysis, or findings
