We're looking for a Community & Arts Management Intern to support the planning and delivery of programmes for our volunteers, partners, and wider community. Working closely with the Community Development team, you'll gain hands-on experience in arts programming, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to follow programmes from planning to delivery, gaining first-hand experience in how arts and community initiatives are developed and executed.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Community Development team in planning and delivering volunteer, education, and community engagement programmes.
- Liaise with team members, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Support the cultivation and management of relationships with volunteers, patrons, partners, and community members.
- Assist with programme administration, documentation, logistics, and coordination.
- Support programme delivery and facilitation during events and activities.
Requirements:
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with people from different backgrounds.
- Interest in the arts, culture, heritage, and community engagement.
- Experience with arts programming, events, education, or community engagement is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
