Job description for Communitiy and Event Specialist at Neo Tennis Arena
Key Responsibilities
- Drive court occupancy and revenue growth through community development, events, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Build and manage a strong player community while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Plan and execute tournaments, leagues, social play sessions, events, and brand activations.
- Monitor and report occupancy, sales, and event performance to Management.
- Oversee receptionist performance, vendor management, and social media activities.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with other departments to continuously improve operations and services
Qualifications:
- Experience in sports, hospitality, or event industries is preferred.
- Active tennis and/or padel player is a plus.
- Excellent social skills: comfortable speaking to groups, pitching to partners, and representing a brand publicly
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- High integrity and honesty
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales and events
