The Sales Representative and Coaching Internship (Job Shadowing) role is designed for individuals who are interested in gaining practical experience in both sales and basketball coaching. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients, promoting our programs, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to shadow experienced coaches, observe training sessions, and assist in organizing and managing basketball activities. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This position is available for HYBRID, offering flexibility for candidates to balance their studies or other commitments. Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education level and possess a strong foundation in customer service, sales strategy, and marketing. Ideal candidates will have experience or interest in B2C and B2B sales, as well as skills in customer relationship management and communication.
