Job description for Client Success Associate (Batam Placement) at Glints
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers at the assigned accounts
- Refarm new jobs from the existing customers at the assigned accounts
- Oversee the recruitment process and make sure that it matches Glints optimal standard by liaising with the recruiters and making sure that the needs of the customer for each job role are communicated clearly in order to send the customer the best matching and quality profiles
- Continuous interaction with the Talent hired by the customers with us to make sure they are skilled and comfortable in their job role
- Conduct performance reviews with the customers externally
- Make sure the customer completes the NPS survey every month and feedback NPS results to other cross functional teams

- Proven work experience in a client facing role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
