In this role, you will…
- Provide surprisingly delightful customer care to our customers
- Advocate for customers, and work with our product and engineering team to maintain a high level of service
- Ensure a seamless and transparent customer experience with regular status updates and an emphasis on customer retention
- Develop the customer care strategy and KPIs.
- Ensure that you deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience across all touch points and at all stages of the user journey.
- Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails
About you
- 2+ years of client-facing work experience, proven track record with the ability to hit targets
- A customer-centered mindset -- motivated by solving problems for customers and your team
- Helpful personality and act with empathy, patience, and has an overall positive approach
- Perfect written and oral communication skills in English: be able to produce well-written, informal, fluid and grammatically correct emails and content.
- Tech-savvy, understand the value of data
- Loads of attention to detail
- Willing to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
