Qualifications:
- Graduated with an associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in utility/facility management.
- Knowledge of power systems, boilers, water treatment, and fire safety.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Skills & Experience:
- Experience in factory utility operations.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to analyze energy consumption and optimize utility efficiency.
Role:
Oversees all utility operations, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted services for factory operations. Develops maintenance strategies, manages staff, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all utility operations (electrical, water, boilers, fire safety, maintenance, etc.).
- Develop maintenance schedules and strategies to prevent breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor energy and resource consumption, implementing cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate with other departments for utility-related needs.
- Oversee emergency response plans for power outages, fire hazards, or equipment failures.
