Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Operation Officer. You will be responsible to make sure our company’s Operational system runs effectivelyand smoothly. We expect you to be familiar with a variety of business concepts and experienced with technological trends with a knowledge of warehousing system.
We are looking for a COO with previous experience in a leadership position, as you will be working as both our operational and business expert alongside our CEO. If you are capable of improving/ creating a new business flow system to help us build our business strategy, and are also an excellent communicator, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Creating new business flows, setting KPIs and SOPs to improve company’s operational system
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, procedures and tactical initiatives
- Set comprehensive goals and budget for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Ensure tight collaboration across the various functions and oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Operations, Software Development, Product Marketing, Finance etc.)
- Consistently evaluate efficiency and performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, and apply improvements
- Innovate, think critically and creatively to solve problems using technology and outside the box solutions
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Take the lead and be involved in business development and expansion activities (new products, new partnerships, investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven people management skill with at least 3 years of experience in leadership/managerial role.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university and Master Degree in relevant field will be considered an advantage
- Passionate in digital industry and digital savvy
- Work with ownership mentality and belonging to the company
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys taking on greater levels of responsibility
- Exceptional can-do attitude & relentlessly resourceful
- Proven solid operations executive background
