Job Description:
We are a Tech start-up company seeking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer who shares the vision in developing a world-class Commerce trading platform to join our expanding team.
A key member of our senior management team; as the strategy partner, you are responsible in directing our marketing efforts to enhance our mobile APP presences across ASEAN region.
Ideally, you are an experienced Marketing strategist with great passion for the job having the ability to create and implement distinctive marketing techniques. Proven track records in similar capacity preferably from a Tech start-up environment will be preferred. Other attributes are highly self-driven, innovative and creative, resourceful with great people skills, excellent business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
The role:
- Create a robust marketing plan to support company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Sensitive to the trends of the market and direct market research efforts
- Foster solid network of strategic partnerships
- Delegate responsibilities
The person:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant working experiences in a matrix organization
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
- Prior relevant experiences in start-up technology, fin-tech, internet, e-commerce or consulting will be advantageous
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
