5-day work week
π³ What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook CMCR's signature brunch dishes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure every dish is served with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, mise en place, cooking, and service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Assist with stock rotation, food storage, and minimising wastage.
- For senior roles, guide junior team members and support the smooth running of kitchen operations.

- Experience in cafΓ©s, restaurants, or all-day dining kitchens is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Leadership experience is an advantage
