As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a dynamic Project Manager and CEO Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our CEO in driving strategic initiatives forward.

In this role, you will serve as the right-hand to the CEO, managing various projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, coordination, and management, ensuring all projects align with the company’s vision and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project teams to deliver successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Preparing detailed project plans, timelines, and reports for senior management review.

- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.

- Supporting the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

To thrive in this position, we are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in project management. You should have a strong foundation in project planning, and a collaborative spirit are equally important. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Additionally, excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
