Job description for Center Director - EF Cinere at English First Pondok Indah
This role is responsible on managing the overall operations of the EF center. This includes staff hiring and training, managing the sales team, and running the school on a daily basis--which includes planning school events and arranging teacher schedules.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent is required
- Management experience required (3+ years is strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership skills; able to listen, motivate, lead, and coach team members
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational skills
