Key Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
- Manage ongoing recruitment process of clients' company and guide the team in handling any potential blockers.
- Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
- Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
- Partnering with the Sales counterparts to ensure a successful marketplace.
- Developing and improving development programs for graduates' soft skills.
- Coaching and consulting our talents and understanding their career needs.
- Provide companies and help them have the right talents.
- Being the bridge for connection between talents and companies
- Responsible for target talent placement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or any related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, learning development, project management or other related fields.
- Having a good knowledge of career development (interviewing and hiring) and law employment.
- Having an experience as Project Manager or Project Owner it's a plus!
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (build a connection with customers).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
