1. To lead and ensure F.B.Service in all aspect of operations are in line with the department goals towards the achievement of company’s goals and objective through effective implementation of the Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling
2. To ensure the achievement of the F.B.S goals: Customer satisfaction oriented, high yield management, friendly and professional service, solid team work, effective cost and expenses
3. Provide positive sample attitude, especially for the F.B.S staff members, and all the Hotel’s staff as whole
4. Able to develop and upgrade the knowledge, skill and ability of all F.B. staff members
