About the Role:
We’re looking for a Campaign Planner to join our passionate and dynamic team at PT. Nordsmith Data Indonesia (Holding Jaris & K). In this role, you will be responsible for developing data-driven Out-of-Home (OOH) media proposals that align with client objectives. As a Campaign Planner, you will play a crucial part in bridging the needs of clients with internal operations ensuring that every campaign is well-planned, executed on time, and supported with strong analytical insights.
Your Responsibilities:
• Collect all necessary information to create proposals based on client briefs/requests
• Prepare media plan proposals that align with client objectives and requirements
• Provide justifications and analysis for selected OOH locations included in the proposal
• Ensure all proposal requests and revisions are delivered to clients on time
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign materials are displayed according to the agreed timeline
• Prepare internal and/or external reports related to campaign execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Advertising (Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome)
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Able to join immediately is a strong advantage
