Job description for C&B Cum Admin Executive at TAPTAP
- Maintain and improve C&B structures and policies to ensure the company’s competitiveness and compliance with current regulations;
- Manage monthly payroll, allowance, PIT, and mandatory insurance information & related processes;
- Manage labor contracts and related documents;
- Manage employee profiles and annual leave records.
- Improve employees’ satisfaction and engagement;
- Organize internal staff activities/events such as Teambuilding, Birthday, Year-End party, etc;
- Execute price quotation and compare advantages among suppliers of office stationery and supplies;
- Manage mailing, receipts and office equipment;
- Support other HR members when necessary;
- Other administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 3 years’ experience in C&B practices, compensation cycle management and labor market surveys;
- Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined;
- Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations;
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion;
- Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality, team player.
