Job Description
• Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, book keeping, copying, faxing and mailing.
• Support staff in assigned project‐based work.
• Following up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organization’s expenditure
• Invoicing, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal
• Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations
• Management of office filing
• Undertake administration errands as requested
• Provide support in maintenance of various databases and monthly reconciliations
Requirements
• 1 year plus experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in FMCG or related field environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
