Job description for Business Operations Manager at Glints
- Data Analysis for Operational Problem-Solving: Collecting feedback from all stakeholders for business units to analyze their operational metrics in real-time; synthesize business intelligence to provide critical insights

- 3 - 5+ Years o Experience in Operations/BizOps, Data Analysis, Business Process or Digital Transformation, Management Consulting or Similar Role
- Must Haves:
- Self-starter
- Great Communication Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong data analysis skills (adept in excel or other data analysis platform)
- Strong excel modeling and powerpoint skills
- Nice to Haves:
- Prior Experience leading business process transformation initiatives
- Prior Experience at the intersection of data and operations
