Job description for Business Development at PT Venture Mind Labs
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in in sales/ Marketing.
- Have experience in sales Business Process Outsourcing.
- Good Presentation both in English and Bahasa.
- Specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Work collaboratively with Head of Function & Strategic Manager to find prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, and to achieve target sales.
- Research and identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Cold call and maintain pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients includes growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s leaders/SMEs.
- Work with team to develop proposal, agreements that cover client's requirement.
- Experience in commercial sales & have a good networking
