We are currently looking for Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will maintain existing client relationships, as well as identify and acquire new business opportunities, be involved in the pitching process, and overall to drive the company's growth and revenue.
1. Discover new business opportunities and acquire new clients
2. Account management on a regular basis, and cross-sell or up-sell with existing clients
3. Get involved in the pitching process and present the campaign idea to the client
4. Prospecting and close deals with outbound sales calls, emails, or other channels
5. Drive revenue and achieve sales targets and overall KPI
6. Prepare reports and updates to clients as well as to the company management
1. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a similar position or in a digital agency
2. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and strong networking skills
3. Highly motivated, go-getter attitude, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
4. Have an existing network of client contacts would be a definite advantage
5. Solid working knowledge related to digital marketing activity and ecosystem
6. Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
