Job description for Business Development at Glints
- Acquiring and converting potential clients in Indonesia
- Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Preparing presentations and sales displays; Pitching and presenting products
- Developing and making persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials and campaign presentations based on an educated understanding of the business issues, requirements and needs of potential clients
- Someone with good business sense: able to understand the needs of the client and connecting Glints with the needs and plan for the client’s business
- Has min. 2 years of experience in in business development area/sales (especially B2B)
- Strong, customer-focused communicator: Able to converse confidently and engage well with diverse types of people (from entry-level to C-suite), and works towards understanding and fulfilling their needs
- Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals
- Confident and engaging presentation skills
- Goal-oriented; high drive and self-motivation to achieve targets set
