Job description for Business Development at Zemangat
- Mapping potential customers and partners in each region
- Manage and build relationships with each Mitra Zemangat, customers, or leads from Mitra Zemangat
- Increase sales through Mitra Zemangat channels
- Act as an Advisor or Consultant to offer solutions for customers and Mitra Zemangat
- Manage and maintain the level of user satisfaction
- Provide information on the latest product updates to all Mitra Zemangat stakeholders
- Gather information on the market needs to be conveyed to the development team
- Be the point of contact for matters specific to your accounts
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any education background, domiciled in Surabaya
- Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development/sales/marketing for B2B sales. Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Creative, detailed, hardworking, independent, responsible, and honest
- Able to work under pressure, agile, target-oriented, self-motivated, responsive, and detailed
