We are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for understanding our psychology-based products, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Knowledge
- Study and understand detailed information about our products.
- Quickly and accurately grasp the characteristics of each product.
- Prepare product presentation materials, proposals, and offer documents.
2.Client Meetings
- Identify and list potential clients.
- Approach clients via phone, email, or social media.
- Schedule and conduct online or offline meetings with clients.
- Present products clearly and persuasively.
- Provide product recommendations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
3. Sales Reporting
- Take full responsibility for achieving monthly sales targets.
- Create reports covering the sales pipeline, client engagement, and product usage metrics.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and develop sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and contribute to promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in psychology-based products.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in consulting, training, coaching, mentoring, or HR-related products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Nice to Have; Confident in delivering product presentations or demos, Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Basic understanding of business and marketing principles.
