- Defining, acquiring and driving all the online media/news company/content creator leads in local market
- Helping the negotiation and close strategic & other co-marketing and or commercial partnerships from relevant cross industry
- Managing relationships and be the key contact point with all B2B partners in order to maximize benefits and streamline daily operations with cross function team
- Defining strategy and execute local/regional partnership activities
- Initiate & implement end to end plans which can be instrumental in overall product growth
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience or above
- At least 3+years of experience in Business Development / Strategic Partnership / Content related function
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Extensive knowledge of online media publishers, emerging digital and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology
- Possesses extensive client management skills and experience in the same field-Strong quantitative background with demonstrated ability to understand & analyze back end data
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships, both in local and cross regions
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
- Extensive experience dealing with partners/clients
- Prior experience working in a high paced mobile app domain or startup technology company preferred
