Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, agencies, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage travel partners to expand Treetan's partner network.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate partnerships, and close business deals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend strategies to strengthen Treetan's market presence.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel for business meetings when required.
• Experience in the Sharia, Umrah, Hajj, or travel industry is a plus.
