We are searching for creative, design-focused & business-savvy individuals to thrive along with the team in a fast-paced environment, from producing mind-blowing proposals for new businesses & ideas, to execution of creative conception & physical production.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.
- Lead sales and client-relationship management.
- Build relationships with the decision makers within prospective organisations.
- Identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators, monitor the market and industry for information and creative trends.
- Planning and coordinating implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets, recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships.
- Develop the systems and procedures to enable the effective execution of new business development.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the projected growth.
- Identify, monitor and manage risks related to projects.
- Preparation and development of mind-blowing proposals for new businesses, ideas, and concepts.
- See through project pitches and their execution together with clients if necessary.

- Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successful pitching for new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong understanding of industry trends.
- Professional and knowledgeable approach to new business calls.
- Budget-focused mindset. Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
- Experience in working with management team to align sales strategies and solutions.
