Job description for Business Development Manager at Xtremax
- Identify and create new sources of potential clients
- Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to companies
- Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation for clients
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
- Update CRM weekly on potential clients
- Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
- Work closely with colleagues across different teams, departments and offices to develop the best solution for clients
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisors or management
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Broad Networking Channel both in Government and Private Sector
- Experienced in Web Application sales and/or marketing
- Dynamic, self-driven and excellent negotiator and communicator
- Strong in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word & Digital Savvy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
