Job description for Business Development Manager at Spirit Labs
- Research prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle to close
- Generate leads opportunities with large businesses for senior sales and Head of Business Development
- Arrange meetings with Head of Business Development and senior sales for big ticket clients
- Help maintain and organize Hubspot CRM for sales and marketing teams
- Work closely with marketing on developing key sales campaigns
- Prepare and present proposals with the support of the engineering and commercial team members
- Analyze and evaluate the market, competitors to initiate proposals for new products & services development
- Provide regular sales pipeline updates to senior management
- Attending conferences and events
- 0-2 years of experience. Proven track record is preferable
- Easygoing, energetic, results-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Ability to research potential clients, conduct cold outreach, and create new opportunities
- Knowledge of sales tools
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
- 13th-month salary
