As their Business Development Manager, you’ll be a thought leader and in charge of creating valuable insights to the SME community. You will contribute to efforts that innovatively solve different kinds of problem across Southeast Asia!

Your Task
- Generating leads and conversion of leads to opportunities.
- Developing new distribution channel for sustainable opportunities creation.
- Generating new revenue stream through strategic business development initiatives.
- Conducting market research to support new business creation.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of business development and/or sales experience
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Singaporean or Singapore PR only
- Proven track record in selling product/service to SME clients
- Business savvy and street smart to deal with complex client situation
- Goal-getter with professional work ethics, passion for learning and utmost integrity
Preferred (Good to have)
- Entrepreneurial drive and hands-on experience managing business projects
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop business plan
- Strong in presentation and business writing skill
- Ability to negotiate effectively
