The One We Are Looking For
Your Role in ToMu
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the commercial function for our services and in charge of managing relationships of both existing and potential clients. We believe a successful candidate has strong business development and/or account manager experience. If you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you. This role is required because of enlarged business demand, and In return, you will get an opportunity for a rewarding professional experience in growing with us.
Your daily activities
You will engage with the key decision makers in Indonesian businesses which have a strong need and use for our product and services
You will have to focus on growth and keep seeking new business opportunities
You will develop a sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with corporate heads of HR, training and other business leaders
You will drive the entire sales process, from qualification to closing
What you must have
You believe in our four core values and mission to empower individuals through learning and development
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Communication, or Engineering from reputable university
You must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Manager in B2B space
You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
You should be proficient in establishing and building relationships with key stakeholders
You must be a team player, problem solver and result oriented
You must be hands on in executions and highly proactive
You must be based in Jakarta or Tangerang
