- Manage a team with at least 2 Business Development Executive.
- In charge of team performance & KPI which assigned by Manager.
- In charge of recruiting, training, coaching for team members.
- Focus on B2B, especially big clients.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Make daily/ weekly/ monthly report for own performance.
- At least 2 years in doing B2B business.
- Have experience working for Agencies is an advantage.
- Good knowledge about Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Expert in communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills. Excel and Power Point is a must.
- High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
- General and logical problem analysis.
