Job description
I/ WHAT TO DO?
GHTK is seeking for a Leader who will lead Business Development Team in FULFILLMENT PROJECT and other NEW PROJECTS at HCMC and take charge of the following tasks:
1/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGIES:
- Promote & build awareness of Fulfillment/ other new services service to existing or prospective clients;
- Develop the business, build up/ maintain good client relationship;
- Collect/ relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunities;
- Cooperate & synergize with other Leaders/ Managers to meet corporate objectives and ensure an active sales pipeline.
2/ TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Lead a team and develop business plans to achieve the given targets;
- Select talents according to business plans;
- Train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs effectively;
- Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned targets and measure team performance;
- Recognize & reward sale members to maximize sales performance;
- Other tasks assigned by the managers.

III/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 1990 - 1996. Graduated from universities in majors: Economics, Business Administration, Management, E-commerce,...;
- Had at least 1 year of leadership experience in Sales with specific achievements;
- Smart, flexible and dynamic;
- Good communication and understanding customer insight;
- Systematic and logical mindset;
- Strong analytical skill, strategic planning and an ability to multitask, work independently under tight deadlines.
