Job Description
DollarsAndSense is looking for a Business Development Intern to support our commercial team across client campaigns, partnerships and commercial projects.
You will help coordinate campaign timelines, follow up on materials and approvals, prepare progress updates and work with our editorial, video, social media and design teams. Your contribution will help ensure that everyone has the information and support they need to deliver campaigns successfully.
Throughout your internship, you will receive guidance on client communication and project coordination, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your confidence and experience grow. You will also contribute to proposals, affiliate partnerships, community events and partner activations.
We are looking for someone who can commit to at least six months, giving you the opportunity to build working relationships and contribute to campaigns from planning through to completion.
Role Highlights
Client servicing and coordination: Help maintain clear and timely communication with clients by coordinating briefs, materials, feedback and approvals, and following up on next steps.
Sponsored content campaigns: Support campaigns across articles, videos, podcasts, social media and graphics. Work with our internal teams to coordinate briefs, shoot arrangements, production timelines and client reviews.
Business development and proposal support: Research prospective clients and partnership opportunities, and help prepare proposals, presentation materials and campaign ideas. Organise meeting notes and coordinate follow-ups with the relevant teams.
Campaign tracking and reporting: Maintain campaign schedules and deliverable trackers, compile performance results and help prepare client reports that communicate campaign outcomes.
Affiliate partnerships: Support affiliate campaigns through content coordination, checks on campaign links and materials, performance tracking and partner follow-ups.
Events, community initiatives and partner activations: Gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution, including sponsor deliverables, event marketing, partner coordination and on-site logistics.
What We Are Looking For
• Interested in finance, media, advertising and marketing.
• Social media savvy, with an interest in content trends and how brands engage audiences across different platforms.
• Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum six-month internship.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
