To fulfill the role of Business Development Executive, You must

- Possess a Degree or Diploma in any field. At least 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role servicing the petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and semiconductors sectors in Singapore
- Have a good command of English and excellent presentation skills
- Familiar with the industrial landcape of Singapore
- Be willing to work in Tuas South
- Driving licence (Preferred)
- PR / Singaporean
Your role is mainly to help Procure & Acquire materials and develop solutions to expand our business in the harvesting of base and precious metals from spent resources (Industrial Wastes)
Job Description
- Create realistic business development plan to share with Sales Managers and Management Team
- Research leads and find new business opportunities within the industries which the company has identified.
- Approach potential clients (new and existing) and build relationships with them
- Meet new and existing clients across the Singapore, prepare presentations for them and update clients on our offerings
- Maintain Monthly and Yearly Sales Targets
- End to End management of new and existing clients, in collaboration with administrative and operational teams.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the industry to ensure awareness of latest developments and new opportunities to gain competitive advantage
- Able to seek and grow sales inbounds/opportunities independently, generate and close leads successfully.
- Able to engage customers effectively and update sales journey in the Company's CRM system.
- Able to administrate and perform request for quotation, technical proposals, invitation to tender and present solutions for potential clients.
- Collate and organise timely accurate sales reports by 1st of every month, achieve Key Performance Indicators as required.
- Attendance at relevant trade fairs and exhibitions
