Job description for Business Development Executive at Firstcom Solutions Pte Ltd
We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join the FirstCom team.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be securing new business opportunities and developing relationships to grow our company. You’ll be responsible for prospecting potential clients and provide consultation to them to find cost-effective solutions for their business. Our ideal Business Development Executive embodies the word “go-getter”. He/She must have a passion to help business owners in their digitalisation journeys by understanding their organisations and present digital solutions to solve their challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales cycle – from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure.
- Prospect for potential customers using cold calling.
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits.
- Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients
- Sound business acumen and a self-starter
- Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position
