Job description for Business Development Executive at KitaHire Indonesia

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients for headhunting and recruitment services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirement:

  • 1 year experience as telesales or telemarketing for B2B service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, or recruitment industry
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom, etc.)
  • Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection (device allowance is provided)
