Job Description:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients for headhunting and recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirement:
- 1 year experience as telesales or telemarketing for B2B service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or recruitment industry
- Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom, etc.)
- Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection (device allowance is provided)
