Ashley Low Photography is looking to hire a sales administrator who can assist the photographer in building her business in all areas where help is needed. As they specialize in newborns and babies photography, you need to be comfortable with the idea of working with babies and children.

They need someone who possesses a great learning attitude and can work on own initiative. You'll be in charge of corresponding promptly with all customers' sales enquiries via phones, emails and in person (either for walk-ins or at Baby Fairs at Singapore Expo which may happen only once a year). Sometimes, you have to attend to these during weekends.

As a sales administrator, you'll be assisting in expanding channels of sales by corresponding with all working partners for partnership opportunities to help spread out our services.

About Ashley Low Photography

They are a Family Photography Studio who specializes in Newborn Photography. They capture a baby’s key milestones of growth in their first year. Since 2011, they have photographed more than 1500 children of all ages. The Photographer and the Founder of the studio, Ashley Low, has been trained in the UK and Australia by award winning photographers. Their studio has been named as “One of the best family photographers in Singapore” by Sassymama.com and “One of the Newborn Photographers in Singapore you can trust” by Singaporebaby.com. They have been featured in various publications such as Sunday Times and Mother and Baby magazine.

Your Day to Day Tasks

• Corresponding promptly with all customers' sales enquiries via phones, emails and in person (either for walk-ins or at Baby Fairs at Singapore Expo which may happen only once a year). Sometimes, you have to attend to these during weekends.
• Closing the sales by following up.
• Prepping the customers for the photo shoots by sending relevant information through.
• Managing the calendar and helping schedule in appointments for customers for their shoots.
• Assisting in other relevant administrative work relating to sales such as issuing invoices, tallying sales records, etc.
• Assisting in management and up keeping of our studio to ensure great customer experience when they come in for the shoot.

The Broadstroke Efforts:

• Assisting in some of the marketing activities that relate to sales, such as managing Facebook adverts, sending out EDMs to announce promos, to do up videos to ease sales processes, etc.
• Assisting in expanding channels of sales by corresponding with all working partners for partnership opportunities to help spread out their services.

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR only.
• Experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Passion and interest in the photography and baby industry.
• Enjoys the idea of working with babies and children (to repeat)
• Takes initiatives in his/her work
• Very prompt in all replies and neat.
• Always on his/her feet and knows how to stand by to help and not be asked all the time.
• Possess a great learning attitude as over here, they grow and learn together.
