Job description for Business Development Executive at Novelship
Novelship is seeking a Business Development Executive to be based in Singapore to join our Team.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is self-motivated, full of energy and zest, organized and wants to learn. As a Business Developer, you will work with our team in Singapore and assist in identifying and building new opportunities.
In this role you will:
- Performing leads qualification,
- Securing meetings with key decision makers to create new business opportunities (through outbound calling, email marketing, events and networking),
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients,
- Managing daily operations for new & existing accounts,
- Keeping the client database updated,
- Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new clients etc.,
- Conducting buyer outreach,
- Assisting Business Development Manager with the Buyer Flow,
- Conduct training sessions for the merchants.
- Any additional responsibility as and when required by the company.
What we are looking for:
- High energy, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a flair for negotiation
- Highly confident with ability to think on the spot
- Ambitious and goal-oriented
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Relevant Business Development / Sales experience is a bonus (Freshers with the right attitude and desire to learn are welcome)
- Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear is a bonus
