Job description for Business Development Executive at PT Dael Komunikasi Global
- Prospecting from scratch: Finding new leads through Linkedin, Cold Calling, Email, Referrals, etc. (Fresh Accounts & Existing)
- Establish Target & Engage International & Domestic clients.
- Nurturing: Nurture the potential until meeting set, after the potential filtered by CMO/ BD Manager.
- Negotiating and assisting in closing deals: Responsible for making sure the meeting happened and maintaining a close relationship with the potential client.
- Study clients needs, study client’s competitor, educate potential about lead-gen service of DAEL.
- Event Support: Assisting & supporting in the event held by DAEL.
- Update activities tracking to CRM (Hubspot).
- At least Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Maximum Age is 32.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Have related experience at least 2 years in BD/Account Executive and have network especially in B2B.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Project management skills, including leadership.
- Goal oriented and work hard
- Experience in CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
- Fluent in English
