We recognised the challenges and pain points that companies faced with regards to ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). As such, Svested makes ESOP management easy for founders through advisory and an all-in-one platform for ESOP administration.
We are looking for an ambitious, business-oriented, customer-centric, driven, and energetic person to join us as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, acquiring, and onboarding new customers. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Develop & execute the go-to-market strategy and growth plan for Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Identify and acquire potential clients
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with partners, such as startups, VC and PE firms, accelerators, professional services firms, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in the product development process by surfacing relevant feedback from partners
• Guide clients during the onboarding process and address feedback from clients
• Represent Svested at various platforms, such as events/tradeshows/webinars
• Analyse targets and outcomes, and review gaps and opportunities
• Identify trends and market opportunities in the ESOP space
• Prepare presentation deck to engage potential clients

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy interacting and forming relationships with partners
• You are organised, analytical, and comfortable with data
• You have experience in building partnerships / sales / business development
• You have a keen interest and a good network within the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia
