Job description for Business Development Executive (Greater China) at Kidscode
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Participate in the development and expansion of Company’s business activities in the Greater China region (China, Hong Kong, Macau)
· Assist in implementing business development strategies
· Engage in client acquisition activities in lead generations and follow up on referred leads
· Participate in events, networking, and implementation of other expansion strategies
· Expand the network of Company and increase the Company’s brand awareness across the region through key account management
· Perform marketing for the China region e.g. develop products messaging, value propositions, collateral, and direction to our product team
· Involve in brand awareness, perception, and engagement through the development of integrated marketing plans that utilise Social, Email, Direct Email, SEM, Display, Affiliates, OOH, Print, TV, and Radio as appropriate
· Involve Marketing Team to come up with big, creative campaign ideas
· Assist teams to ensure that marketing initiatives consider the holistic customer journey throughout the site experience
· Author multi-channel creative briefs to ensure consistency of deliverables and efficiency of workload management of our creative and operations partners
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration
· Effectively bilingual with a good command of spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
· Excellent planning and organisational skills are required
· Client centric with a passion to go the extra mile for clients
· Self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task, and stay focus on business objectives
· A committed and confident team player, with the ability to respond positively to request for assistance
Candidate will be based in Singapore/China
