Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500
Open doors for a growing team. You’ll build partnerships with companies, schools and community groups for PaceSetters Organisation, home to 154 Wealth Managers. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.
Who this suits: outgoing fresh graduates, or people with a year or two in sales, events or customer-facing work, who enjoy meeting people and making things happen.
What you'll do
Find and build partnerships with companies, schools and community organisations
Set up corporate talks, workshops and roadshows for our Wealth Managers
Plan and run outreach campaigns, and follow up on every lead
Track partners and opportunities in our CRM or trackers, and report results against monthly targets
Support events from planning to the day itself, including some evenings or weekends, with notice
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Outgoing and persuasive, and enjoys meeting new people
Organised enough to juggle many conversations at once
Sales, BD, events or customer-facing experience is a plus
Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months
What we offer
$2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
Real ownership of partnerships, from first contact to a signed partnership agreement (no products to sell)
