Job description for Business Development Director at TemanCEO
- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
- Finding new partnership opportunity that help the business to grow
- Maintaining current key business partners
- Handling key projects that help to boost the business performance
- Direct and manage sales team in order to meet sales target
- Bachelor's Degree in all field (Major in science or engineering related will be preferable)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel & Pivot in particular)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
