He/She will play a part in increasing brand engagement with the market; grow and contribute to ancillary revenue through the provision of learning and development services by our company to external organisations.
To Identify potential customers and target segments; and establish connections to generate interest
Identify opportunities and generate new leads through market research, surveys, channels (mailbox / webpage), referrals, learning visit requests among others
Follow-up on leads to establish connections with business prospects and deliver initial pitch of L&D services
Develop and/or enhance Marketing collaterals to support business development, including refining pitch decks, and updating of information on webpage Secure new contracts to provide learning and development services with existing and new customers.
Draft and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with external organisation; coordinating with internal stakeholders in Legal, Data Protection, for inputs
Prepare and surface proposal for provision of learning & development services for each prospect, with structured pricing and milestones for delivery; coordinating with internal stakeholders in the relevant for inputs
Prepare and surface Training Services Agreement (TSA) for each prospect, including negotiating terms of engagement; coordinating with internal stakeholders in Legal, Data Protection, for inputs Account management of existing clients
Coordinate with subject matter experts & rostering personnel in the relevant Training Schools for courseware development and delivery
Monitor delivery milestones to ensure client receives services as agreed and that standard of learning services are maintained
Ensure client is invoiced accurately and in a timely manner upon delivery of services
Experience in sales/marketing and/or preferred
Critical thinking and able to think-on-feet
