Role Description
As a Business Development & Operations Intern, you’ll support growth and operational initiatives across sales, partnerships, and internal execution. You’ll help with key revenue initiatives, research, client coordination, reporting, and cross-functional projects. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to agentify processes, drive execution, and support strategic initiatives across the business. This role is based in our Singapore office with a hybrid remote schedule and regular collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (Accounting strongly preferred!)
- Strong communication, proactive self-governance, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Big win: Previous startup, operations, business development, or accounting experience
